We are a full service Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing company. We are a 4th generation family business in operation since 1927. We are NYC Licensed Master Plumbers.

We specialize in steam and hot water boiler maintenance, repair, replacement and installation. We also maintain, repair, replace and install AC split and mini-split ductless systems. We perform all aspects of plumbing including drain cleaning and fire sprinklers. Gas shutdowns are a specialty of ours.

Challenge

Properly heating a very large auto service auto area efficiently and effectively. The owner was spending a fortune on gas and the employees were very uncomfortable with the existing roof top gas furnaces.

Approach

Find a radiant gas solution to keep the mechanics warm.

Solution

We installed gas fired infrared heaters though out the entire building and disconnected the roof top furnaces. The infrared heaters heated the cement floors, vehicles and other items radiating heat and keeping the employees comfortable. The owner is very happy with a 50% reduction in his gas bill over the existing roof top furnaces.
