Caleffi North America, Inc. is pleased to introduce our newest representative, John Witczak, an important addition to our customer service team. He will work closely with our customers and sales team to provide accurate order processing and friendly support.
Witczak has been involved in customer service support for nearly a decade, including his most recent position at U.S. Bank (Milwaukee). He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
“John enjoys finding solutions for day-to-day issues while providing the best in customer care,” said Mike Schreiner, director of operations. “Each day since the COVID related business shutdown, John has rallied the Caleffi troops in a fun Random Facts of the Day communication.
