U.S. Boiler Company Introduces ALTA OneVent System

USB Alta Common Vent Kit OneVent

U.S. Boiler Company introduces its ALTA OneVent System, a simple and safe solution that enables common venting of up to four ALTA high-efficiency boilers.

Designed to expand installation flexibility and increase system capacity without creating extra building envelope penetrations, the ALTA OneVent system allows contractors to deliver multi-boiler solutions through a single vent pathway.

The design simplifies mechanical rooms, reduces roof and wall penetrations, and supports higher-capacity ALTA applications. The OneVent system helps contractors reduce installation time and material costs while strengthening ALTA’s value in competitive multi-boiler bids and retrofit applications.

Four, 180 MBH ALTA boilers can be combined to deliver up to 720 MBH of total system capacity. This capability makes ALTA OneVent particularly valuable in retrofit projects, space-constrained mechanical rooms, and buildings where minimizing penetrations is critical.

Compatible with ALTA 120, 150, and 180 MBH heat-only models, OneVent provides venting lengths of up to 150 feet with minimal derate, preserving system efficiency even across extended vent runs.

Pre-engineered four- and six-inch polypropylene kits include all components needed. Gasketed vent joints eliminate the need for gluing or curing time, accelerating installation and improving jobsite consistency. Integrated non-return valves and siphon traps ensure proper condensate management and reliable system operation.

System setup is simplified through ALTA’s integrated OneTouch™ control platform, which manages common vent operation and boiler coordination within the system. Through the USB-Connect app, installers enable common vent mode and configure each boiler, while OneTouch automatically handles firing coordination, modulation management, and system response.

Only same size boiler models may be common vented. OneVent kits are engineered for use in applications up to 10,100 feet above sea level.
