Watts Launches Q4 Training Focus: “Labor Savings Drains” Campaign

Watts Training

Watts has announced its Q4 training focus on “Labor Saving Drains,” with courses designed to equip contractors with the technical expertise and product knowledge needed to deliver smarter, more efficient jobsite performance. Specific training, through December 2025, will spotlight drainage innovations such as BLÜCHER® Push-Fit stainless-steel systems, trench and roof drain solutions, and other technologies designed to streamline installation and maintenance.

“We’re proud to offer flexible, accessible training that fits professionals’ busy schedules and turns innovation into everyday jobsite advantages,” said Gregory Gyorda, Director of Employee and Customer Training at Watts. “Contractors told us they need solutions that save hours on installs without sacrificing quality. Our training programs turn those innovations into everyday jobsite advantages.”

Expanding Access and Expertise with Online Learning

Building on the success of its “Watts Works Online Training” platform, eLearning modules for this campaign are available on demand. The interactive training curriculum includes product comparisons, technical demonstrations, and time-in-motion data from third-party studies showing how labor-saving systems such as the BLÜCHER® Push-Fit Stainless-Steel Drainage System can reduce installation time by over 70 percent. Participants will also gain practical insight into design considerations, materials selection, and the performance advantages of stainless-steel drainage systems over traditional cast iron and PVC.

In addition to the “Labor Saving Drains” campaign, Watts offers Continuing Education Unit (CEU) opportunities through its “Pipe Smarter, Not Harder” webinar series and customized Lunch & Learn sessions led by product experts. Attendees can earn credits while exploring real-world case studies that demonstrate how Watts’ engineered drainage solutions deliver measurable time and cost savings on commercial projects.

To complement these online learning opportunities, Watts’ in-person Instructor-Led Training sessions at its Learning Centers provide immersive, hands-on experiences for plumbing industry professionals.
