Challenge

Finding out why the circulators and other components are closing up with debris and low flow through out existing radiant system.

Approach

Find out why this happen and what is causing it.

Solution

We found out the previous installer used non oxygen barrier tubing through out the house. The solution was to isolate the radiant side of the system with a stainless steel heat exchanger with all non ferrous materials including stainless steel circulators and brand new manifolds. We also installed a injection controller to work with radiant system to have a constant circulation system with using the existing thermostats as a high limit
