This larger 3” x 4.25” box includes a threaded connection to accept commercially available ½” NPT electrical connectors directly. The identical wiring box is also used on larger capacity Astro models.
Armstrong has also upgraded its Astro Series circulators to use Noryl impellers, the same material used in Armstrong E Series and S&H Circulators. The Noryl impeller has been field-proven through years of experience in a variety of applications.
“Standardization of components and materials is an important initiative within Armstrong to drive delivery responsiveness for our customers,” said Rod Hightower, Commercial Director US. “This initiative also assists our distribution channel with better managing inventories while providing greater flexibility for installers.”
All Astro circulators also include a 5-year warranty.
