To help facilitate remote HVAC management during these challenging times, Armstrong has announced that it will provide its cloud-based subscription service, Pump Manager, to new customers with three months of free service.
“While we are practicing social distancing to protect ourselves and those around us, we still have to ensure that our buildings operate as effectively as possible.” said Tunji Asiwaju, Global Performance Management Services with Armstrong. “Our goal is to help building managers and maintenance professionals practice safe social distancing and reduce their operating costs.”
Pump Manager is a highly secure, web-based remote asset management and analytic service that tracks pump performance from any location using a phone, tablet or laptop. It provides real-time alerts and warnings as well as trending and analysis across multiple platforms to ensure optimum performance.
Pump Manager can alert maintenance engineers and/or service technicians if there is a problem, so they arrive on site with the appropriate tools or parts, fully equipped to solve the problem. This can eliminate in-person meetings.
Existing Design Envelope pump customers can request an Armstrong Connectivity Kit (Router and GCM SIM card) and instructions on how to install it. Pump Manager can be activated on new pumps and is free with purchase of an extended warranty.
This limited offer to provide customers with three months of free access to Pump Manager is available until August 1, 2020.
