Armstrong Fluid Technology Appoints Chintan Kharche as Global Director, Offering Management

Armstrong Fluid Technology, a global leader in intelligent, energy-saving fluid-flow and whole-building mechanical solutions, has named Chintan Kharche as Global Director of Offering Management, a strategic role that will shape the future of five major product lines. In this role, Kharche will lead innovation across the entire product lifecycle, driving market research, competitive analysis, product planning, and launches. His mandate: deliver intelligent, energy-saving solutions that elevate customer experience and strengthen Armstrong’s position as a global leader in sustainable whole building mechanical solutions.

Kharche brings over 18 years of global leadership experience across HVAC, renewables, industrial automation, and power electronics, with a strong focus on sustainability. He joins Armstrong from Danfoss, where he served as Senior Director of Product Management for HVACR & AQUA Drives, leading portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, and agile-driven development. Previously, as Head of Strategic Portfolio Management & Strategy Excellence at Danfoss, he shaped the strategic direction of AC drives and spearheaded high-impact initiatives to advance energy-efficient solutions.
