Booth #2629 to feature double decker display of wastewater pumps and products

Known for its focus on innovation, efficiency and reliability, Grundfos is expanding its industry-leading solutions for the water and wastewater industry. From Sept. 29-Oct. 3, attendees at the Water Environment Federation’s 2018 Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC) in New Orleans can – with the help of Grundfos’ product specialists – interact with new pumps, products and technologies at the Grundfos booth.

In booth 2629, visitors can experience the new, expanded range of Grundfos CR vertical multistage pumps like never before from the top of the Empire State Building, on a helicopter or even in a racecar – via virtual reality simulations. An interactive technology station will feature Grundfos’ new concept, Grundfos Wastewater Connect, a cloud-based remote monitoring and system optimization. Visitors can also get a hands-on look at Grundfos Service Solutions and pump selection tool Grundfos Express at the touchscreen tech station.

It isn’t just new technology that will be front and center at WEFTEC – Grundfos will display the new patent pending improved solid handling capabilities of SE/SL submersible wastewater pumps. Additionally, the new dry pit pump with enhanced durability will be on display, as will Grundfos’ high-efficiency submersible pumps and an engineered packaged pump system with expanded controls capabilities.

“At Grundfos, we are constantly anticipating industry needs and solving them” said Robert Montenegro, executive vice president of sales for Grundfos Water Utility. “What we’re presenting at WEFTEC is our full range of these solutions.”

The new Grundfos SD range of pumps offers the water quality industry a durable solution to solids handling for wastewater and stormwater collection that can be customized for a wide range of applications. This new range, along with an array of Grundfos’ renowned submersible pumps, a complete chemical dosing skid, and Peerless vertical turbines will be on display.

“We are proud to provide the answers to collecting, controlling and treating water, stormwater and wastewater,” said Montenegro. “By focusing on reliable, high-efficiency pumps and solutions, Grundfos helps municipalities to design, optimize, service and maintain their systems effectively.”

To learn more about Grundfos products, visitors to booth 2629 can view training videos and presentations along with the displays from Grundfos Water Utility solutions.
