As Lochinvar’s Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, Mike Lahti will accept a more strategic role within the organization. Prior to his new role, Lahti was Lochinvar’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. For 32 years, Lahti has been a crucial component in the company’s growing success.
In his new role as Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing, Rolph utilizes his 27 years of industry experience to manage the demands and responsibilities related to engineering and manufacturing strategy as well as corporate strategy. Rolph began his career with Lochinvar 11 years ago and during that time, Lochinvar has become an industry leader in product innovation.
With 20 years of industry experience, Iske provides keen guidance and focus on day-to-day activities in the engineering as Vice President of Engineering. Iske has worked for Lochinvar for seven years and has been instrumental in the organization’s new product development and design.
Dan Sheko was promoted from Southern Sales Manager to National Sales Manager. In his new role, Sheko manages water heater and boiler product sales within the United States. Dan Sheko has been with Lochinvar for 32 years and has met outstanding milestones developing the sales territories of southern and western U.S. territories.
