Uponor Minnesota facility

Uponor North America and Xcel Energy today announced a new renewable energy agreement to use solar and wind power to reach nearly 100% renewable energy sourcing in Uponor Minnesota facilities.

“As we celebrate our 30th anniversary year in Apple Valley, we are thankful to be growing and hiring, and very proud to be a Minnesota manufacturing business committed to strong renewable energy standards,” said Bill Gray, president, Uponor North America. “Through this Xcel Energy partnership — as well as strong partnerships for solar and wind power through our partners Dakota Electric Association and Hutchinson Utilities — we know we can achieve our Uponor renewable energy goal of using 100% renewable energy by 2025.”
