To complement these online learning opportunities, Watts also offers in-person sessions at its Learning Centers, providing immersive, hands-on experiences for plumbing industry professionals. The Horne Learning Center in North Andover, Massachusetts, serves as the company’s flagship training facility and a cornerstone of its education program. Established in 2016, the Horne Center offers a fully interactive environment where contractors can engage directly with working mechanical rooms, pressurized water labs, and live product demonstrations. Participants gain firsthand experience with Watts’ drainage, backflow prevention, and water quality solutions while exploring system designs that emphasize installation efficiency and safety.

With its expanded formats of educational offerings, Watts continues to lead the way in professional training and development. These ongoing investments underscore Watts’ dedication to supporting trade professionals through accessible, high-quality education that empowers individuals and advances the industry.
